Can't Stop, Won't Stop
REFLECTION
As we close this 21-day journey of prayer, I want to thank all of you for your commitment to seeking the Lord together as a church family. These past weeks have been a powerful reminder that prayer is not just a one time thing...and it's not just a Sunday thing —it’s a lifestyle.
Prayer isn’t something we check off or finish— it’s how we stay connected to our Father, who loves us more deeply than we can imagine.
Let’s carry this spirit of prayer forward. My prayer is that prayer will be woven into the fabric of your everyday life—on the mountain tops, in the valleys, and in the quiet in-between.
Keep lifting up your families, our church, our community, and our nation, trusting that God is working in ways we may not even see in our lifetimes.
SCRIPTURE
16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
- 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
PRAYER
Father,
Thank you for prayer. Thank you for the fact that we need no other mediator between us and You; Jesus is enough.
Help us to continue to spend time with you in prayer as we move beyond these 21-Days.
We love you.
Amen

James Montgomery wrote, “Prayer is the Soul’s sincere desire, unuttered or unexpressed, it’s the motion of a hidden fire that trembles in the breast.” These words represent the first stanza of one of the greatest hymns ever written on the topic of prayer. He wrote these powerful words along with many more stanzas in 1818 and they hold up more than two centuries later.

nThese 21 days have been amazing to see how God is equipping The Corners Chapel to cry out to Him. Montgomery’s hymn concludes with the disciple’s plea to our Lord & Savior, “Lord, teach us how to pray.”
Thank you Pastor Chase for this wonderful series. Very inspiring. It has brought our church family closer together in service to God. ?
